Delivery
Products purchased on www.gabrieleanton.com are only delivered in the countries listed hereunder. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

- European Union, Switzerland et Norway
- International : South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, China, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, The United States, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mexico, New Zealand, Oman, Panama, Qatar, Seychelles, Singapore, Taiwan, Venezuela.
Any delivery address located outside this zone will be refused during the ordering procedure.
Gabriele Anton delivers ordered products by means of transport of its choice. Goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the Purchaser during the ordering procedure. If the delivery address is incorrect Gabriele Anton should not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivery. In such a case the costs for a new delivery will be chargeable to the Purchaser.
Gabriele Anton commits himself to deliver the ordered items as soon as possible according to the chosen mode of delivery. The delay in the execution of the shipment does not entitle the Purchaser to cancel the sale or claim any compensation. If several products are ordered at the same time and the delivery times are different, Gabriele Anton reserves the right to divide your order into partial shipments but you will be charged for a single shipment only.
Once the product is entrusted to the carrier the delivery is deemed to have taken place. The delivery note dated and signed by the Purchaser is the proof of the successful delivery.
Delivery problems
The Purchaser should check that his shipment is correct on delivery and in presence of the carrier. If there are any discrepancies or problems with his order when the products are delivered to him, he should note the nature of the discrepancy or problem (open package, damaged or missing item, error in delivered product) on the delivery note and sign. Then he should contact Gabriele Anton via e-mail at contact@gabrieleanton.com
Gabriele Anton is not held liable in the event that there is nobody who is competent to accept delivery of the products at the given address.
DELAY IN DELIVERY
A failure to deliver or late delivery exceeding ten (10) days from the date of the order confirmation should be reported via email to contact@gabrieleanton.com as soon as possible. In order for the Purchaser’s claim to be accepted, he must notify Gabriele Anton of the delay within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the order confirmation.
